Promotional Products Enhance Business Potential
54Promotional Gifts are Great Tools for Effective Advertising
You want your promotional gifts to be valued by your clients, so why not ensure this by opting for practical, durable promotional tools, which can be used in the home or in your client's office?
Opting for tools as a way of making your brand stand out is a great way to provide something sturdy in association with your company and more often than not, have it used time and time again. Pick items that will be used specifically in the workplace and you're well on your way to a product that will have a permanent home with your client (such as essential screwdriver sets for assembling office shelves, or a handy corkscrew for those office celebrations!).
Think about which promotional tool you should go for by considering your image and your customer type.
Promotional Swiss Army Knives are great for men and women alike, and will be snapped up in the office because everyone can use at least one of the many tools on there. If your clients are predominately female, then perhaps choosing a smart, handbag-sized miniature multi-function tool or credit-card sized jelly Swiss card gift is a good idea, where they will have pliers, scissors, a bottle opener, can opener, knife, nail file, wire strippers and two screwdrivers all in one convenient tool. Pick a translucent red option and it will grace the smartest of client's briefcase or handbag.
Torches and flashlights are available in all manner of materials, from easy to hold rubber-gripped options to stylish metal finishes with clear white lights. They show your company to be keen to look after your clients with reliable, functional but stylish promotional gifts. Ranging from small keyring torches to a titanium slimline options in a gift box, whichever you choose they will be invaluable to your clients and will really shine a light on your company!
So opting for placing your company's logo and slogan on a useful and handy product such as a tool means priceless advertising and a thoughtful gift that will be received with thanks by your client.

I am a fan of promotional products, if you didn't already know! When ever the marketing budget comes through I am on it. Touches and flash lights sound like a good choice but the market is limited and the product is a little more expensive than alternatives.
Promotional Knives were something I tried from Fluid branding http://www.fluidbranding.com/ along with umbrellas, both very successful. (knives used in a restaurant for staff).
